To me Satanism is just a fun way to troll believers. The "original sin" was eating Satan's fruit that gave humans free will and understanding of the world. It's hilarious that he's their bad guy and being subservient is their highest ideal.
Any attempts to make satanism a defined religion or social group is idiotic, it's just the "flying spaghetti monster" argument with more zing.
