And once you have this base image generated in the style of the artist you like (again Makinaru in my case), now you use THAT base to create the nsfw/bondage/whatever prompts you want, like this - and honestly, I think it looks pretty dang good.

All of this to say, I think people do need to spend a bit of time learning the tools to see what makes what look good. People can't expect to just start the AI, throw in some characters and styles, and expect immediate good results - approaching ANYTHING like that is unlikely to work out well for anyone.
