Pauline > Rosalina > Daisy >= Peach
Peach & Daisy are very close but they let Daisy be more expressive more often and the new Mario Kart gave her a fat ass so she's better in my book. Almost all the best Peach things I see are non-canon or outright fanart, so I can't really count that.
