Not as far as I know. Nintendo games tend to hide their glitches pretty well and a SRPG like Fire Emblem would hide it extremely well. Doing some research does reveal some exploits. You can equip rusty weapons to grind, there's a groundhog day trick, Linhardt exists. All sorts of unintended mistakes.
