It's Japanese Scary Movie.

The joke is sex or something sexual 90% of the time... and there's nothing wrong with that. No one's forcing you to read/watch DDD any more than back in the day no one forced you to watch zombie dudes have jerkoff competitions which shoot the jizz into the neighbor's house with the elderly pair there mistaking it for some cheese in Scary Movie.
It is exactly that kind of comedy, just Japanese.
