"I woke up under the shattered window and front door blown in by the explosion... I just want to take a gun and start shooting."
During last night's Russian drone and missile attack on Kyiv, many residential buildings were damaged and two people were killed.
▪ Karyna, a Kyiv resident, shared that she first heard a terrifying whistling sound and realized a drone was flying directly toward her house. She was in shock but managed to move away from the windows before the explosion, and then ran out of the building.
▪ In Podilskyi district of the capital, a five-story residential building was hit by a missile strike. Several apartments were destroyed, two women were killed.
Anastasiia, who lives on the first floor, told that she woke up under the debris of her windows and furniture after the first explosion. A neighbor helped her get out from under the rubble. The next wave of explosions completely destroyed part of the walls in her apartment.
