Yes, and the articulable reason for that is Kevin Tewart rarity bumping everything so that people need to buy more packs to sell cards on the secondary market. If you did your homework then you might actually understand what you're talking about. They do not have this issue in OCG territories. They still have secondary markets, but they are spending $20-30 at most whereas $45-90 is a generous starting offer for a lot of the same cards in the west.
