Why are you fuckin lying? Their uniforms have always been full body. The sole exception, ever, is the one single stripper outfit she briefly had in the 1990s, which even then was controversial because it didn't suit her character and was clearly just a fetish outfit for the writer.
This infographic is dated to the 2015 movie but their outfits haven't changed much since then either.
