Pretty much the same as when you get grappled in the basic rules. It's a powerful result because it is difficult and risky to achieve. You need to get into close combat, land a hit, and then either have decent ST and skill or be reasonably lucky with your damage roll (how lucky depends on your target). If you get parried, there is a decent chance that your opponent will get a free attack on you which bypasses your active defences.
