I'm kind of annoyed by this.

I think I'm just gonna get a save, this time. I've already did 4 playthroughs for the PS5 version...

By the way, a technique that used to work for the PS5 version (without PSN cloud saves shenanigans), saved me 1 playthrough

>don't die / don't use any wb pump (just restart the game if you die)
>beat the boss
>you can now reload prior to the choice you made
well, not really needed though because it's PC...
