Next year is pretty stacked. I still believe MT will be AOTY with what will be adapted. Even if it’s adapted just decently that would be enough.
2 cours mean that it would also include the Asura arc. So much shit happens in vols 13-17 that it’s insane. I don’t see how it woudnt be AOTY if you look at just the source material.
Frieren should be adapting the battle shounen arc with the guy that turns everything into gold. It’s also a good arc but can’t hold a candle to MT’s Orsted oriented arcs.
