And finally, the incumbent. Aaron Kimball is a Warhawk in the flesh. He believes the NCR has a duty to spread democracy and civilization to the wasteland, by force usually. Due to how uncivilized and dangerous outside the NCR can be, the republic must use force first and ask second. His domestic policies are pretty banal, though it should come at no surprise that most of it is geared to building up a war economy to wage constant conflict with the Wasteland. The more territory is conquered, the more wealth flows into the Republic. That’s his argument, of course.

The race could still go either way, especially with six months to go until the NCR casts their ballots. It’s unknown which candidate would be better for the Mojave due to more information needed and my own matrixes not able to make such judgements. I can just say that each have their own pros and cons, you could say.
