Friend just got back from Beijing, and brought these to split and try, among others.
Anyone tried and knows what we're in for, beyond what can be searched online with translator etc? He bought it after trying it, but tested so many that day it's become a blur, apparently.
Also got a shitload of free stuff in smaller quantities (notably white tea chenpi tuo [??] and 2024 灵芽 wild white), so much so that even if the odd 古树熟茶 label wasn't really true I wouldn't be too mad. Very curious to try, might post my thoughts after I get my hands on the stuff.
