PF's portrayal if daemons as malicious embodiments of death/entropy is objectively one of the coolest fiend depictions out there.
A much more original, and creepier, look at Neutral Evil than Yugoloths imo.

Not mechanics-related but I really like the portrayal of Daemons in PF as malicious embodiments of death/entropy. They are the coolest fiend type in the Outer Spheres.
