Anyhow, it would be established the Foundation struggles for global political supremacy regarding the paranormal with the GOC, alongside all the philosophical issues between the two (sidenote, has it ever been established how the countries play along with both? I don't think I've seen any SCP's tackle this, I guess cause it's mundane, but it's kinda weird to think about how they can coexist especially with the GOC being tied to the UN. Also makes me wonder where each are based out of, I always just assumed the Foundtion is US-based but it kinda makes more sense for the GOC to be given the UN connection and the guns-blazing attitude, and also a lot of SCPs new and old refer to the Foundation existing in many forms over 1000s of years with a lot of European precursors, so it makes more sense for them to have a European foothold.) Idk, there's a lot to talk about there.
Also would be worth showing the Foundation meets their match often in the other GoI's, like Serpent's Hand being way too difficult to track down and keep a bead on, Chaos Insurgency a genuine threat with how they cause breachs and work from within, and GOC with sheer military and political might. I'd make it a particular point to note the GOC are militarily superior (barring stuff like Red Right Hand and maybe MTF Omega stuff if you want to go that route) since it makes sense if they're gonna be the big guns and can resist the Foundation.
Maybe I'm just a sucker for their mechs.
