I wonder if GSC would have even decided to make Stalker 2 if development wouldn't have started before the invasion/the invasion would began a few years earlier. In 2018-2021 they had nothing against Russians and were aware that they are their main community, but if it were otherwise, would the idea of making the sequel even be considered?
