>Get 15 assists or centers
>Get 15 Goals
>Get 15 saves
Just play 1v1s. If you've never played Rocket League before you'll be matched up against pretty low skill players. Getting 15 goals/centers will be easy. For saves just sit in the goal and let the other player come to you.

Then you just need to play 5 matches with the wheels equipped.
