It definitely doesn't like diaper pictures, but I find you can easily get it to generate diaper related stories if you ease it into it and sometimes you can get away with a diaper image if you tell it to "make an image based on that story" I've also found it's far less fussy with pull ups than diapers. Regardless GPT isn't all that good for diapers this is probably the best I got out of GPT but it doesn't seem to understand mirrors too well. However I really liked the idea of the image and saved it.
