Yeah, blue number is UE limit, 3* blue = UE50.
Do you make sure to use Serina on pillar? If the pillar isn't regularly healed, it will do dmg debuff on Shiroko
Also, forgot to mention the ex timings, you can just do Shiroko ex into Himari every time she reloads.
