It has been reported that #NewJeans' appeal was rejected by the Seoul High Court. The court upheld ADOR's injunction, meaning the group cannot pursue independent activities without the company.

"The court did not accept any of #NewJeans' claims, including the 'ignore her' remark that member Hanni reportedly heard from a manager at another HYBE label and accusations of concept copying."
