If Kat hits me with her pokes she puts me into the corner with no CD usage or skips the middleman and uses U fireball and kills me.
If Percy hits me he either just pushes me without any follow-up pressure or does some damage with no carry.
This post isn't about saying Percy is bad but about how Kat is busted right now, she shouldn't be able to do all that
