There are some plush love dolls out there, though if you're looking for a furry design, you're going to have to go to a furry artist for it, and it's going to look way more cartoony.
It's not impossible to make something more grounded or even anime-esque, but you'll have to do some digging.
I'm a weirdo doll collector so I have both plushies and tpe dolls, and they have different perks as you would imagine. Plushies are of course lighter, and have a soft warmth to them that TPE lacks. TPE dolls are more squishy and heavy, though this latter part may be an upside at times. They need more maintenance than plush dolls as well.
