How about a magical or futuristic setting where clothing isn't really physical articles you put on but rather anyone can summon whatever sort of clothes they want on their body like some magical girl or power rangers transformation. Then, some girls figure out a hex/hack that can disable a person's ability to summon clothes at all and start using it on guys.
