The last time I was in Rome was in 2013 and I was pleasantly surprised.
The city center was almost entirely devoid of blacks and browns and all the shops and cafes were staffed by Italians. I think I encountered only one Polish girl.
There were no immigrants bothering people around the Coloseum or forum either.
Four or five people of indeterminate ethnicity turned up trying to sell some trash but the police immediately chased them off.
So an entirely European experience.
Unfortunately I hear its gone downhill like everywhere else since those days.
The 2015 "refugee crisis" and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race
