Honestly I think will be transhumanist shit. You'll have people make breakthroughs in organ and limb replacement. An entire new wave of prosthetics that will solve all kinds of disabilities. Then suddenly Hollywood will have stars and their children replacing organs/limbs unnecessarily just to sport the latest overly expensive model
