Realistically, what country that doesn't have carriers is more likely to get one in the future? The worst koreans scrapped their plans to get one, so it's not gonna be them. Perhaps the Turks? They are on a military spending streak and they have announced they are gonna build a carrier, but their economy is shit and I wonder if that's just whwishful thinking on their part. Anyone else? Brazil maybe?
