Yeah I have worked there for years keeping on top of things for them and they decided they didnt want to deal with the paperwork of selling it, their kids didnt want to have to sell it since they wouldnt move back to this state to run it and traveling to sell was something they werent interested in. And so him and his wife decided since they didnt care about the money they would get selling it they just decided to give it to me. They debated selling it to me for a dollar but again it came down to paperwork they didnt want to do. So ultimately I just signed some papers with them and their 2 lawyers and it was made offical and than filed into the system and made offical.
Surprised at this turn of events as I honestly thought i'd just work for whoever bought it or get a new job and now I will own the place. I am very happy with this as my job is now secured since its not expensive to run the place and bring in some profits. not going to make millions but I will be ok going forward financially now.
