Okay, time for a plot twist. My wife is an immigrant, I have a kid by her. She works at the business and is benefitting from the scheme though she is not getting snap or medicaide. Her salary, her pay, is being under reported to the government as well as other immigrant workers at the job. I distrust her, as I do with most women. She tried to use the fraudulent paystubs to try to claim child support. Her under reported income would have absolutely killed me for child support. Thankfully my lawyer pointed out the scheme and was able to get her to account for the true amount of money she makes from her job. My documentary proof consists of her fraudulent W2s and the court paperwork attesting to the true amount she makes. I make well over 6 figures, she makes about 40k annually, but I was able to make it so that she would have to pay child support, 17 dollars monthly. But afterwards we reconciled, got married, and are living together.
