Josh made all the riffs and co-wrote the songs with Hayley. Most of the early songs were pretty dancy. I remember in an old interview she said she would show up late to practice so she would have music to sing to.
Their style has moved from pop punk, alt rock. Influenced from The refused, failure, Sunny day, Death cab to afro beat, 80's synthpop. Zac and Taylor love the 80's aesthetic and I think Hayley just likes to dance?
