It is without a doubt the most "hard to justify" operator release ever. No one at Rhodes Island wants her there. She left behind the only person she had a meaningful connection with, and she can't form any new connections. There are zero signs of her getting rehabilitated, and if she IS getting rehabilitated then it makes Doc look bad because it's not working at all. And to top it off, she's not even popular so all these mental gymnastics to make her playable benefits few people.
