Is this supposed to be analogous to whether you should play as a man or a woman in video games? Then it doesn't work.
The better comparison would be, who would you rather want to be? The hot girl or the hot guy? I'd rather be the hot guy.
You don't buy a gravure magazine to roleplay as the cover model. You buy one to jerk off to it. Normal people don't play video games to jerk off to the main character (I'm aware trannies do though), they do it to immerse themselves in the world and essentially roleplay.
