"Good job, Ruby." You said, making Ruby's face become even more smug. "Now, there are some other items I wanted to get..." You tell them about your wishes, all the materials and minerals and even things like tiles that you want.
"Ah, Ruby, did you do as I recommended concerning the patent?" Ayane said. "I don't want Master's invention patents to be vulnerable to outside loopholes."
"There is no need to fear. I have laid down my web, and will make sure everything goes in my gallant Master's favor~"
Understandably, that didn't reassure Ayane. But your multi-tailed fox woman dropped the conversation after Ruby agreed that they'd both look it over soon.
You put Rose in charge of managing money bag, an honor that greatly pleased your Mastermind. Privately you tasked both Mel and Cattleya to make sure she didn't waste it all in some convoluted scheme.
"And you, my love," You said, turning to your kitsune, "Are going to show me the connections you've been keeping tabs on."
"Yes, Master." Ayane bowed, then stared at you happily.
With that, the day was decided.

The people that Hisashi, and by extension Ayane, had been doing business with were met by you. Some personally, some not. Around two dozen of names were presented by your kitsune, thought, thankfully, you only had to meet with less than half of them, since the rest were busy.
You had to use your Lunacy Savantae to prove you were the real deal in front of each individual merchant, industrialist, noble, and other person of interest. It got to the point where you were starting to get sick of the same old routine, with the only thing making you keep going on with it the necessity of it.
Interestingly, not a single one of these people were Savants.
"Most Savants tend to not do business with other Savants they don't know." Ayane would explain at the eventual question from your lips.
More than once you would meet with either a secretary or a slave-wife of the Master you were doing business with. Which you decided was more to their loss than yours.
Well that really didn't matter. Interestingly, so far you hadn't met a single person that was a Savant— not counting the Goddess of Artifice and creator of Lunacy Savantae herself.
But back to the connections, of those that you met, all seemed to react positively to your typewriters and seemed open to doing more business with you— the most notable that had personally come to see you, in no particular order, were as follows:
