In fact I wouldn't say any of the sisters was truly evil before.They murder, but it's twisted by warped logic, only two are aware enough of the morality of it, the others have already surrendered to the dysfunction. I guess you could say they're being made evil? The Doll Curse is generational trauma and murderous tendecies made supernatural, fun fact, most of it is taken from Regulus' Authority and a attempt of replicating the witch of envy immortality
I'd say if you want real evil, you should look at Capeta Capella.
