They are. The question is why do men understand this but then bitterly continue to accept their cucked rules, honor and "nice guyness".

I've thought long about this and realized perhaps it's out of weakness. It's easier to be kind than to be a total asshole. Kindness doesn't bring you in conflict with others, it's a way to try and pacify.

Perhaps being "the good guy" is just a cope for being weak.
