I wish someone made a game like Pathologic 2 but balanced about being an open ended sandbox.
I'd love to RP as the town doctor, diagnosing patients and brewing medicine.
Alternatively I'd be down for a potion making game with the alchemy system from Kingdom Come Deliverance, except that that would be the main focus instead of swordplay
