If we're considering Nikujiru as the standard of dorse (or really, queen stallion since I think dorse is technically the penis head variant)
The dorse skull is a bit wider but every from the ear back is pretty much the same (though obviously the neck is much thicker and connects to the back of the skull)
The face moves forwards a little
The nose doesn't move much down but till up, the cheek bones get wide, wider than the eyes
The cheek bones being so much nore pronounced, the eyes tend to squint at the bottom
The eyes shift a bit to the side if the head, so they look longer in profile
The area below the nose is rounded up a bit
The cheek bone line travels above the lip crease as it is the top if the mouth (although this varies and depends in angle)
The lips themselves tend to be part of the rest of the mouth, unless they are being pressed to something making them bulge
The lower jaw is a lot larger, from eyes to back of the jaw should be 1.5-2x the distance of from the eyes to the forehead
This is what I've gathered from doing edits and trying to edit yours. Obviously individual taste and style is up to oneself and I may change my deduction by the time I finish the guide
