I did not.
I thought the game looked great when it was announced but a lot of the pre-release footage/previews made it look like "Dark Souls: Turn Based Edition" which put me off. Also all of the praise from reviewers (and shitposters here) being bundled with a big dose of "The REAL future of JRPGs, take notes Japan!!!" sentiment completely killed my desire to play it.
