easiest way i found is to have a reference pic in mind and then set your denoising strength to something really high if it's a drawn source (.7 - .85) or lower if it's a real source. you then treat it like a normal gen and make sure to tag things as normal, it's more of an aide than it is a magic tool, so if you find a hot tittyfucking pic, you can use that as a base and go from there. like this one is set at .7 and it can be pretty random what you get
