Homosexuality is obviously natural, but I don't know about homophobia. It has existed since Mesopotamia (?), and well into the Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome. It has been born almost independtly across different civilizations it seems, I wonder what are the evolutionary reasons behind it. I suppose suppression of homosexuality is necessary to some degree, as men are naturally attracted to sex, thus homosexuals are on average more likely to be hedonistic "whores", much like Satyrs in Greek mythology.

I do believe 'homophobia' is at least partially natural, even if it's cultural. Cultures are in some ways reflection of the genome. Is there any based science about this topic? I'm not interested in woke garbage.
