I get what you mean. Personally I still hold all my full-odds shinies in high regard too, nowadays though I won't shy away from using them in hacked save files or "recreating" them with codes or save editors if I like them enough, I still "earned it" at the end of the, y'know? Eventually even with shinies I never encountered or hunted in some way I'll hack them in and use them if I prefer the pallete swaps, the ones I found organically will always be the most special anyways. Anyways...
