Like, I'm not even being an edgy 4chan troll here. Imo I don't accept that the only response to this kind of life is to make it better. As an actual philosophic position: For what reasons do you/I exist? Are those reasons a net positive? If they're not, why should we continue existing? I've long since decided that there is no reason and that mmmy existence isn't worth the effort, and checked out of normal society, now I'm just waiting to get an impulse to rope.
