The Hindu religion (many Gods) and Zoroastrian religion (one God) originated from a "Proto-Indo-Iranian religion" practiced by the Indo-Aryan people.
Between 2000 BCE and 1001 BCE, the Indo-Aryan people spread out from Central Asia, migrating to Persia (modern day Iran), and India. Zoroastrianism was founded in Persia and gave way for the establishment of the Muslim, Judaist, and Christian faiths.
Vedic Hinduism was founded in India, and gave way for the establishment of Hinduism. Early Christian art depicts a Left Facing swastika. It is also used by Zen fascists.

Buddhist swastikas are also Left Facing. Hindu swastikas are Left and Right Facing, depending on the context.
