Did you go to college? Trade school? If neither, then get an associate's in something that's still hiring although job market is dogshit. Just avoid the AI-prone fields (coding, paralegal, customer support, etc.)

Since you have zero money for school, hate to say it but you'll have to take out a loan and get a side job in say bartending or serving while you're in school and make sure you pay off the debt every month when due. Make the full payment and never do the minimum - compound interest on the payments will absolutely murder you otherwise.
