These are mountain observation posts using available materials, aka not sandbags since there isnt much sand up there in the Himalayas but boulders and rocks, held together with steel bars.

If you are so high up and need to quickly build these to house your border patrol, you cant wait for a proper FOB to be built with materials brought from elsewhere.
