only thing I've heard rumored to be unplayable/annoying is modded textures being unable to load fast enough when moving around outdoors
but that might require an exceptionally slow hdd with heavy textures + heavymodded lod
besides boot time; which is like minutes loooong with enb + 2500 mods regardless
the only time I notice loading is when shopping/crafting desu
