Maybe if they got more into details of why she and Himari started veritas after they realized Rio had gone off the deep end you could show Chihiro's ideals more, but I don't think they'd do that anymore since the current stance on the devs is that Rio was misunderstood and noble.
They could either go the deep backstory route or the sex appeal route, selling her based on sexual content with sensei in her momotalks, I don't know if it would work though.
