As a professional Asker I think it's very pretty and well drawn even considering the laziness/stupidity of THAT, but I think it's poorly designed.

There's nothing to fall in love with about the skin, it's harder to draw than her regular outfit and doesn't really inspire any delusions being fantastical yet devoid of meaning.
I actually suspect it was supposed to be an IS5 reward based on the suns in the background and how it matches the UI
