If you get fake tits, just remember that at some point they have to come out. The bigger you went, the saggier they will be when they come out, and you might need further surgery to "fix" the sagginess where they remove stretched out excess skin with a breast lift surgery. Or you just learn to live with it. Or you do what some girls do and just downsize to smaller implants later so theya rent so big, but also dont have totally stretched out deflated pancakes.

If you strictly want bigger tits for cosplay, just get those silicone boob form things you can wear now. They are pretty convincing looking, and you can just take them off and be done with it whenever you want.
