Well if it makes you feel better, Yomi(from Araka's game), Homura, the generic university student storekeeper expert(who ALSO learns shield of justice/righteous shield, it's a fixed non random skill set like the half angel elementary schooler), and Reimu learn the +6 version among a few others. They really ought to have given them to Saikawa too given she is supposed to be a barrier specialist, but alas she only got the vanilla -karns.

Prior to P I would have said Chiyo be cause she doesn't take a comp slot, but they appear to have changed that in P and now she just can't be put in the comp at all. Now it doesn't matter, just pick a demon. Nazrin learns a fair number of the utility spells naturally so maybe her.
