Bruh it stil exists online! Played with it because of the customizable ship skirmishes, you could unlock credits to play the top levels after grinding skirmishes for a couple hours or less. Flying around and building bases in campaign mode seemed pointless. This was at the same time as Ultracorps was run by that one guy on some rando server after the Zone days.

Hindsight is 20/20, the best thing about the 90s was that a lot of people were actually trying to be creative instead of playing it safe and churning out forgettable paste.
